The information supplied including any health records will be processed by WAPEKA, the outsourced service provider appointed by us for providing the policy administration services. The information supplied including any health records may also be processed by our reinsurers Swiss re, in some cases.
The information supplied by you will be verified using third party software in order to comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Regulations as required by law from time to time.
- Whom do we share your information with
The information supplied by you may be required to be submitted to Government Law enforcement bodies, Insurance regulators or Tax authorities as per laws. WE DO NOT SELL YOUR PERSONAL DATA TO ANYONE.

The information will be held by us for as long as it is required. Some part of the data may be held with us for a longer period in order to address any complaints/legal issues.
